How to play
- Build roads first, then zone Residential / Commercial / Industrial.
- Place power & water so utilities follow the road network to your zones.
- Left-drag to paint; middle/right-drag to pan; scroll to zoom; WASD to move.
- Tune taxes, toggle disasters, save locally. 112 building types in the catalog.

操作
- 先铺路，再刷住宅/商业/工业区划。
- 建电厂与水泵，让水电沿道路连通到区划。
- 左键拖拽绘制；中键/右键平移；滚轮缩放；WASD 移动。
- 调节税收、开关灾害、本地存档。目录含 112 种建筑。
