PLAY GRID collects only the data needed to run leaderboards, optional accounts, and basic site analytics. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Gameplay events: page visits, game starts and game-overs, used for aggregate statistics and product improvement.
- Leaderboard submissions: display name, score, level, combo, session duration, and country/region inferred by Cloudflare from the connection.
- Accounts (optional): email address, player name and a hashed password if you choose to register.
- Email subscriptions (optional): email address, signup source, language preference and timestamp.
- Anti-abuse: a salted hash of your IP address for rate limiting — we never store plain-text IP addresses.
What we store locally in your browser
- Language preference and, in some games, high scores or settings.
- Session cookie (
sid) if you sign in — HttpOnly, 30-day expiry.
Third parties
The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, static assets). Cloudflare may process connection metadata as part of delivery and security. We do not embed third-party advertising or tracking scripts at this time. If that changes, this page will be updated before new trackers go live.
Your choices
- You can play every game without creating an account.
- You can clear local browser storage to remove saved preferences.
- Contact us via the email subscription reply channel on the home page to request account deletion.

PLAY GRID is a family-friendly game site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.
